If you want something that matches your expectations, then you need to know what you want. This could be anything from a new machine, service, eye liner, etc.
Please give some thought to the problem you wish to solve through step by step. This is important.
We know it’s difficult. We know that thinking ahead is full of uncertainty, risk and fear. It’s easier to just let the chips fall where they may and wait for the results instead of trying to influence them.
But don’t do it. Especially not as an engineer. Try and influence the outcome. You have the power to do so.
I know you can’t know everything in advance. I know that often things only become clear in hindsight. In such cases always take responsibility and admit if you’ve made a mistake.
Improve or at least always try to!
