The equipment was made to grease the valves of the vehicle’s tires before assembly. It is capable of assembling valves with varying length and 11 different types of methods of folding. This may be increased if necessary. The machine communicates with the production management system and automatically switches to the appropriate valve type.
Using this machine, we are able to achieve a more even spread as well as the application of the appropriate grease quantity. In addition, it also plays an important role in quality control, as without this procedure assembly cannot be continued.
